When you submit a request we collect your name, email, business name if you provide one, ZIP code, general property location, the cleaning details you enter, and any message. We also record technical details such as IP address, browser type, the page you started on, how you found the site, and the time of your request.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, review and route your cleaning request, prevent spam and fraud, improve the website, and keep a record of the consent you gave.

How cleaning requests are shared

Spokane Cleaning Co. works with participating independent cleaning companies. When you submit a request and check the consent box, we may share relevant request details and your contact information with one or more participating cleaning providers so they can contact you about pricing, availability, and scheduling. Those providers set their own prices and service terms and have their own privacy practices. Submitting a request does not book a cleaning, and a provider is not guaranteed to be available for every request. Our business arrangements may change over time, including directly managing cleaning work performed by subcontractors, and we will update this policy to describe our practices accurately.

Analytics

We use privacy conscious analytics events to understand how the request form is used, such as which step a visitor reached. These events do not include your name, email, or other contact details.

Service providers

Hosting, security, and email providers may process information on our behalf under their own agreements.

Marketing calls and texts

We do not use your request to send automated marketing calls or texts.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records only as long as needed to route inquiries and maintain business records. To ask about, correct, or delete your information, use the privacy contact that will be listed here: pending final approval.

Security and changes

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date.
